By accessing or using CodxHub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material.

3. User Accounts

4. Developer Content

Developers who submit products to the Platform grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute their listed products on the Platform. Developers retain full ownership of their content. All submissions are subject to review and may be rejected or removed at our sole discretion.

5. Payments

Paid transactions on the Platform are processed through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors originating from PayPal. All sales are final unless a developer explicitly offers a refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding developer-submitted products) are owned by us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content obtained through it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
